Hi there, we’re Raj and Rizzie.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our page, we’re excited for you to know what we do and how this incredible Health and Wellbeing business has positively changed our lives. Our journey started in 2022, working in the NHS as healthcare scientists. Helping people is something we’ve always been passionate about.
However, after the COVID-19 pandemic, we started to feel the effects of burnout, with long public transport commutes, increasing workloads, and the thoughts of the cost-of-living crisis. We realised we something more from life: the freedom to enjoy our lifestyle, create family memories, and explore more of the world together.
Health and Wellbeing has always been important to us. That’s why becoming part of this community with like-minded people felt like the right step. The support within this community has been inspiring from weekly Zoom calls to sharing ideas, celebrating small wins, and encouraging each other’s growth.
Since starting our business in 2024, working on it each day has allowed us to begin shaping the life we truly want. And being able to share that journey with others is something we’re incredibly grateful for.
